These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of us, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in us for the resolution of any disputes.

Payment Terms

1. Initial Deposits:

  • This page outlines the terms for the payment of an initial deposit required to secure services provided by Energy Mastery®, referred to as the "Payee."
  • Initial Deposit Amount: Payers are required to make an initial deposit in the amount specified in the agreement between the Payer and the Payee. This deposit is crucial to secure and confirm the requested services.
  • Automatic Payment Method: Automatic Payment Method:
  • ​Late Payments: Any payment not made within 30 days of its due date will be considered late, and a late fee of $20 will be applied.
  • ​Default: In the event of default on this Agreement, the Payee reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including, but not limited to, cancellation of services and forfeiture of the initial deposit. Further details can be found in the main agreement.

2. Modification of Agreement:

Any modification or amendment to this Agreement must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

3. Refunds and Credit Towards Future Events:

Payments made under this Agreement are non-refundable. In case of cancellation or inability to attend the specified event, the amount paid may be applied as a credit towards participation in a future Energy Mastery® Foundations training organized by Leon Kolaski.

4. Event Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If the scheduled event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of the Payee, the Payer's purchase will automatically be applied as credit towards a future event. This credit is valid for use within 60 days from the date of the canceled event. The Payer and Payee will collaborate to identify a suitable alternative event location within this timeframe.
