4. Purchases and Payment

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

1-on-1 Sessions

Session cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests within reason.

Events and Classes

Refund eligibility for live events and classes will be stated at the time of purchase. In general, cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may be eligible for a refund or credit. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund.

Digital Products and Programs

Due to the digital nature of online programs and downloadable content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

6. Scheduling and No-Shows

If you fail to attend a scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours notice, the session may be forfeited without refund. We understand that emergencies happen and will consider documented emergency situations on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio recordings, video, and downloadable materials, is the property of EnergyHealer.com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
